Symbolism-Seven Keys

Symbolism is very characteristic of the speech and writing styles of the Ancient Near East.   Symbols, metaphors and parables were used throughout The Bible to provide understanding for the common people of the time.  We must understand  the Ancient Semitic Culture and traditions to gain a meaningful understanding of those passages.
